Section 74
<br> who can consult the bank regarding law reform
The relevant body may consult with the bank before amending or creating laws or doing any work related to the purpose of the bank or monetary policy and operations within its jurisdiction, loans, remittances, foreign exchange and debt. (2) Subsection (1) ) it shall be the duty of the bank to give the consultation as requested. (3) The proposal to make new laws or to amend existing laws in matters such as monetary policy and operations, loans, remittances, foreign exchange and debt within the purpose of the bank or its jurisdiction or competence shall be submitted to the Government of Nepal. The bank will have the right to do so.
