(1) Only a person whose income is less than the specified annual income can receive legal aid according to this Act.

(2) Regarding providing legal aid to a person or not The relevant committee will have the right to make a decision. (3) When deciding on the provision of legal aid, the relevant committee should also consider not to encourage the tendency to cause unnecessary suffering to others and to file baseless cases.
