The Council may issue a written order to immediately stop or prohibit such activities or to improve such activities if there is an adverse effect on the land use, public health, natural environment and protection of natural resources of the conservation area due to any activity taking place or about to take place within the conservation area. .
(2) In the order given in accordance with sub-rule (1), it should be clearly stated what are the reasons for stopping or prohibiting or improving such work.
