(1) Matters related to board operations, accounting and financial administration should be transparent.
(2) Matters related to purchase-sale or contract-leasing from the board shall be done through open competitive process through public bidding.
(3) If any person wants to get the income-expenditure statement, balance sheet and annual report of the board, he can get a copy of the same by paying the fee prescribed by the board.
