Rule 17
Responsibility and Accountability of Actions

(1) Employees who have been assigned work duties under this regulation shall be accountable to their immediate superiors for the work done by them and shall bear full responsibility for all the work done by them. 2) In accordance with this regulation, the authority issuing such orders or assigning work may recommend necessary departmental action against the employee who does not follow the orders or instructions given by the authorized officer or does not perform the assigned work, and if such action is not observed, departmental action will be taken according to the prevailing law.
