Rule 114
Action Report

(1) The court shall send a monthly report with the details of the cases filed in the court, disposed of by each judge and pending disposal to the Secretariat of the Judicial Council, the concerned High Court and the Supreme Court.
(2) After the end of the financial year, the court shall disclose the following matters and send the annual report to the Judicial Council Secretariat, the relevant High Court and the Supreme Court within the fifteenth day of Shravan:-
(a) Judge's name, surname and the period of working in that court and their attendance and leave statistics throughout the reporting period and a brief description of the work done during that period,
(b) List, rank and qualification of officers working in the Court,
(c) a comparative statement of the cases filed, dismissed and pending before the Court during the reporting year and the preceding two years,
(d) Report on the progress made during the six-month period towards concluding the case expeditiously, the reasons for not being able to conclude it and the suggestions related thereto, (d) Details of the cases that could not be completed within the time schedule as per the schedule and the reasons thereof, (e) Other suggestions regarding the improvement of the court. (3) The district judge shall keep the details of the proceedings updated on a daily basis and the details kept in this way shall be verified by the district judge in his own right and sent to the Judicial Council Secretariat and the Supreme Court every month. (4) The details of imprisonment and fine imposed by the court decision and recovery details must be sent to the Supreme Court and the relevant High Court along with the monthly report.
