Rule 16
Determination of working hours
(1) The employer shall determine the working hours in the establishment based on the nature of the work of the establishment and inform all the workers.
(2) While determining the working time according to sub-rule (1), the employer may determine the time in such a way that the workers can be employed on a rotating basis based on the nature of the work of the establishment.
