Section 39
Dismissal

(1) According to this Act: If any employee or person involved in conducting the examination commits any irregular work in the examination center, such employee or person shall be removed from work immediately.
(2) According to sub-section (1), the commission may record the employee or the person who has been removed from work and prevent them from participating in any examination-related work conducted by the commission in the future.
(3) The commission shall publish the details of the employees or persons who have been removed from work in accordance with sub-section (1) on its website.
