(1) Children should not be employed after six o'clock in the evening till six o'clock in the morning.
(2) Children shall not be employed for more than six hours in a day and thirty-six hours in a week, with or without additional remuneration.
(3) After working for three consecutive hours every day, the child should be given half an hour rest time and one day off every week.
(4) The rest time of half an hour of each day and one day off of each week given in accordance with sub-section (3) shall be considered as working period.
(5) A child who has worked in one establishment on the same day should not be employed in another establishment on the same day.
