Section 64
Actions that can be taken
If an investor does not comply with the provisions of this Act, the concerned body may take any or all of the following actions after completing the prescribed procedure:-
(a) Stopping Construction,
(b) cancellation of permit or permit,
(c) any other similar proceedings.
