If a person transacts an amount exceeding the limit set by the National Bank either in lump sum or repeatedly within the period specified by the same bank, the indexing organization and the government body shall provide the related information to the financial information unit within fifteen days from the date of such transaction. Explanation: For the purpose of this sub-section, "government "Entities" shall mean the Office of Shipping, the Office of the Registrar of Companies and other government agencies designated by the Government of Nepal. (2) The format, method and procedure of the report for providing the information as per sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed by the Financial Information Unit.
