Rule 13
Bases of business, business, industry or project operation
: (1) According to sub-section (5) of section 21 of the Act, two or more organizations or associations of the same or different nature, jointly or in partnership with the spirit of mutual cooperation, for the marketing of their products or services. Businesses, businesses, industries or projects may be conducted on the basis of the following:- (a) Product value chain development, market access or export based on the needs of the members of the relevant organization. The purpose of the arrangement should be,
(b) ownership of the proposed business, business, enterprise or project; Resource mobilization, operational methods, members' democratic control system, distribution of returns, including a detailed outline of the commercial proposal should be prepared,
(c) The preamble as per Clause (b) should be passed by the majority of the total number of members in the general assembly of each of the affiliated organizations,
(d) There should be at least a five-year agreement between the related organizations regarding the implementation of the preamble passed in accordance with clause (c), (e) The proposed joint or partnership transaction, business, industry or project should be feasible from the feasibility study,
(f) According to the prevailing law, if the proposed joint venture business is to be registered at the local level or other body, it should be done. (G. In order to operate the proposed joint or partnership business, if a permit, approval or license is required to be obtained from any body according to the prevailing law, it should be obtained.
(2) After completing the work as per sub-rule (1), the concerned organization or association shall attach all related documents and submit an application to the registrar or an officer authorized by the registrar.
(3)-On the application received as per sub-rule (2), the Registrar or an officer authorized by the Registrar shall conduct the necessary investigation within fifteen days and provide information on conducting business, business, industry or project jointly or in partnership. (4) Permit under sub-rule (3) (Register or check of information givenThe officer authorized by the TRA should keep a separate record of the same.
(5) An organization or association that has received permission in accordance with this rule and conducts business, business, industry or project jointly or in partnership shall regularly submit progress statements and annual audit reports in the format prescribed by the registrar.
