Notwithstanding anything contained in the prevailing law, the investigation of a valid crime shall result in the person accused of the crime or any member of his family or any person who has reasonable grounds to believe that he is involved in the crime or any transaction or account in any bank or financial institution. If it is found that there is, the investigating officer can demand the details of such transaction or account or order to freeze such transaction or account with the permission of the court.
(2) If there is an order according to sub-section (1), the relevant bank or financial institution shall provide the details according to that order and keep the transaction or account suspended.
