Section 26
Amendment to Action Plan
(1) The user group may amend the action plan related to community forest management from time to time according to the need and the information of such amendment shall be given to the Divisional Forest Officer.
(2) According to sub-section (1), if it is found that the amendment made by the consumer group in the action plan will have a significant adverse effect on the environment, the Divisional Forest Officer may instruct the consumer group not to implement the amendment within thirty days of receiving information about such amendment, and it shall be the duty of the consumer group to comply with such instructions.
