(1) For the management of forests managed by the government, the district forest office shall prepare an action plan as prescribed and submit it to the provincial ministry through the directorate for approval.
(2) If there is a need to make any changes in the work plan submitted as per sub-section (1), the provincial ministry can send back such work plan to the directorate and after the directorate makes the necessary changes and sends it with its opinion, the work plan will be approved by the department.
(3) The action plan approved in accordance with sub-section (2) shall be implemented by the division forest officer in the jurisdiction of his division forest office.
