(1) Sub-rule
of rule 19 by the investor In order to ensure that the project is implemented while receiving the investment permit according to (4), a bank guarantee of 0.1% (zero decimal one percent) of the total cost estimate of the project or its equivalent shall be submitted to the board as performance bond.
(2) If the investor does not start the construction or implementation of the project within the period mentioned in the contract without reasonable cause, or if the achievement or indicator of the project construction or implementation is not achieved without reasonable reason, the performance bond filed according to sub-rule (1) shall be forfeited.
