Rule 125
Job Acceptance Report

(1) When accepting completed construction work, supplied goods or provided services, an acceptance report must be prepared.
(2) The following things should be mentioned in the report according to sub-rule (1):-
(a) Purchase Agreement No.,
(b) details of works completed, goods or services received,
(c) Date of completion of construction or receipt of goods or services,
(D) Date of acceptance of completed construction work, received goods or services.
(3) After the report as per sub-rule (2) is prepared, it should be sent in writing to the relevant financial administration branch or body for payment after completing the necessary procedures.
