To be appointed to the post of Executive Director, the following qualifications should be met:-
(a) Nepali citizens,
(b) Obtained at least a master's degree in any one of economics, law, management, public administration from a recognized educational institution,
(c) having completed thirty-five years,
(d) Ten years of work in a government or non-government organization at least at the official level,
(e) Not having been convicted of a criminal charge showing moral turpitude,
(f) Not being a member of any political party or organization immediately,
(g) The brain is not damaged.
