Rule 33
Executive Director can be removed from office
The Government of Nepal can remove him/her from the office of Executive Director at any time on the basis of any action contrary to the interest of the Board or bad conduct, not performing duties honestly or lack of efficiency. But he will not be deprived of the opportunity to submit an explanation before being removed from the post.
