6. Executive Director:

(1) There will be one executive director in the committee to act as the administrative head of the committee.
(2) The Ministry will appoint an executive director from among those who have at least a bachelor's degree in any subject from a recognized university.
(3) The term of office of the Executive Director shall be four years (4) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (3), if the work of the executive director is not satisfactory or if he does any work contrary to the interest of the committee, the ministry may remove him from the position of executive director before his term of office is completed. But before removing him from the position, he will not be deprived of a reasonable opportunity to submit an explanation.
(5) The executive director's remuneration, other conditions of service and facilities will be as determined by the committee with the approval of the Government of Nepal.
