(1) There shall be an Executive Director as the administrative head of the Board.
(2) The Government of Nepal may appoint or designate a suitable person for the post of Executive Director.
(3) The term of office of the Executive Director shall be four years and he may be appointed or reappointed for a maximum of four years.
(4) The arrangements regarding the executive director's remuneration, service conditions and facilities shall be as prescribed.
