(1) There shall be one Executive Director as the administrative head of the Board.
(2) The Government of Nepal may appoint or designate a suitable person for the position of Executive Director.
(3) The term of office of the Executive Director shall be four years and he may be appointed or reappointed for a maximum of four years.
(4) The work, duties and rights of the executive director and the conditions and facilities of the remuneration service shall be as prescribed.
