21. Executive Director:

(1) The Government of Nepal shall appoint at least a gazetted first class officer of the civil service for the purpose of working as the Executive Director in the Secretariat of the Commission.

(2) The duties, duties, and In addition to the powers, the work, duties and powers of the Executive Director shall be as follows –

(a) Acting as the Administrative Head of the Secretariat,
(b) to manage the administrative work of the Secretariat,
(c) To do the work to be done as a departmental head according to the prevailing law (d) To cause other work to be done as specified.
