(1) The Government of Nepal may appoint the Executive Director of the Committee (2) The term of office of the Executive Director shall be four years. (3) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (2), the Government of Nepal may remove the Executive Director from office before the expiry of his term of office if deemed necessary.
(4) The remuneration and service conditions of the Executive Director shall be as prescribed by the Government of Nepal.
