(1) There will be an executive council to act as the executive body of the foundation.
(2) The formation of the Executive Council shall be as follows:-
(a) Vice-Chancellor – Chairman (b) Dean – Member
(c) One member from among the heads of educational institutions who are members of the Assembly (d) Two members including at least one woman from amongst the teachers (e) Director-Member-Secretary
(3) Nomination of the members as per clauses (c) and (d) of sub-section (2) shall be done by the Vice-Chancellor on the recommendation of the Vice-Chancellor.
(4) The term of office of the nominated member according to sub-section (3) shall be three years.
(5) The procedure for the meeting of the Executive Council shall be as prescribed.
