: (1) In order to carry out the daily work as the administrative head of the board, the committee will appoint a person who has at least ten years of experience in the tourism sector with at least a master's degree as the executive head of the board.
(2) The term of office of the Executive Chief shall be four years and he may be re-appointed for a maximum of four years.
(3) The remuneration, facilities and conditions of service of the executive head appointed in accordance with sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed.
(4) Notwithstanding anything written above in this section, if the executive head causes harm to the board and acts contrary to the interests of the board or does not perform the work in accordance with the policy instructions of the committee, the committee may remove him from the position of executive head by following the prescribed procedure. But before removing him from the position, the executive head should be given a reasonable opportunity to present his explanation.
