(1) There shall be an Executive Committee as follows for the operation of the Board:-

(a) Minister of Agriculture and Livestock Development - Chairman

(b) Secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development - Vice-Chairman (c) Farmer Representative of Dairy Cooperatives - Four - Members (d) Representative of Private Milk Producers' Association - Three representatives - Member
(e) Representative of Federation of Nepal Chamber of Commerce and Industry - one person - member
(f) Representative of Animal Services Department – ​​One – Member
(g) General Manager, Dairy Development Institute – Member
(h) Executive Director or Acting Executive Director, National Dairy Development Board - Member-Secretary

(2) If the Government of Nepal deems it necessary, it may make necessary additions, reductions or changes in the members of the committee by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette.
(3) The term of office of the members under clauses (d), (e), (f) and (g) of sub-section (1) shall be two years and they may be re-nominated or elected.
