(1) At least three months before the start of its financial year, the committee shall propose to the general meeting the program of operations to be carried out in the next financial year, details of development work income-expenditure, details of other work items, capital investment and details of the employees if additional help is needed. Must be submitted for approval.
(2) In any financial year, if the institute wants to do any other special work in addition to the things mentioned in the program already submitted under sub-section (1) and if it is likely to cause a substantial change in the proposed financial cost, then the institute should do such work in the supplementary program and in that regard the said financial Expenses to be incurred during the remaining period of the year and the supplementary cost of the amount to be received should be submitted to the general meeting for approval.
(3) Unless there is an arrangement for a general meeting, the committee must submit the report as per sub-section (1) and (2) to the Government of Nepal.
