Rule 14
Provisions related to performance evaluation

(1) When evaluating the performance of employees, in the case of non-gazetted employees, schedule-15 of the regulations and in the case of gazetted employees, schedule-15A. The following performance evaluation form will be used and the evaluation will be done according to the basis mentioned in the same form.

(2) The supervisor and reviewer for performance evaluation will be in accordance with sub-rule (2) of rule 78 of the regulation.

However, for the performance evaluation of the gazetted third class and second class employees of the High Court and all district court employees, the supervisor reviewer will be as per Schedule-5.

(3) Gazetted first, second and third class employees of different groups and the district There will be a review committee as per Schedule-6 for the purpose of evaluating the performance of the gazetted employees of the court.

(4) Notwithstanding anything else written in this rule, in the event that a specific category position is vacant in any agency, the gazetted first class employees of such agency and The supervisor and reviewer of the head of the department under that body and the related special category in the review committee will be done by the officer designated by the Chief Justice from among the special category officers within the service.
