(1) The Member-Secretary shall enter into a performance agreement with the Minister of Youth and Sports within thirty days from the date of appointment.
(2) In accordance with sub-rule (1): The performance agreement shall include the following subjects:
(a) Description of the work to be done during the contract period and its: measurable target,
(b) Implementation Action Plan,
(c) Performance evaluation methods, methods and procedures,
(d) other necessary matters relating to the performance of the Member-Secretary.
