(1) The Ministry shall enter into a performance agreement with the Executive Director appointed in accordance with Section 21 of the Act.
(2) 8 In accordance with sub-rule (1), the performance agreement shall generally include the following:-
(a): Description of the work to be done during the contract period and its measurable targets,
(b. Implementation Action Plan,
). (c) Performance evaluation methods, methods and procedures.
