A civil servant should only do office work at the place designated for office work during office hours and should not engage in personal or other activities unrelated to office work during office hours. However, there will be no hindrance in providing training on subjects related to one's profession or work in a university operating in the public sector or an academic or educational institution that conducts training in the public sector so as not to interfere with the work of the office.
