Section 113
The office can appoint an auditor
: If an auditor cannot be appointed at the annual general meeting of the company for any reason or if the annual general meeting cannot be held or if the auditor appointed in accordance with this Act cannot be retained for any reason, the office can appoint another auditor at the request of the board of directors of the company.
