Amendment to Black Market and Certain Other Social Crimes and Punishment Act, 2032
Black Market and Certain Other Social Crimes and Punishment Act, 2032,-
(1) The word "jurisdiction" in sub-section (2) of section 1 is deleted.
(2) In section 13, the words "Commissioner, Co-Commissioner, Assistant Commissioner" in the place "Commissioner" have been deleted.
