Section 18

Other Provisions Related to Diplomatic Privileges and Immunities

(1) The Government of Nepal, if it sees fit, may publish a notice in the Nepal Gazette and provide other additional privileges and immunities in addition to the privileges and immunities provided for in this Act.< /p>

(2) The Government of Nepal may grant all facilities and immunities under this Act to any foreign national or international association or organization or employees or consuls of such association or organization by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette. (3) Under this Act, the Government of Nepal shall provide facilities and exemptions as far as possible on a reciprocal basis.
