Preamble

: As it is desirable to provide facilities and immunity to foreign states and diplomatic representatives and employees of foreign states according to international law and practice, this Act has been made with the advice and consent of the National Panchayat from Shri 5th Maharajadhiraj Mahendra Veer Bikram Shahdev.
