Fulfillment of the requirement to submit a record in its entirety by electronic records
In cases where the prevailing law stipulates that a record must be submitted or preserved in its original or complete form, if the following conditions are met, such requirement shall be deemed to be fulfilled by electronic records:-
(a) If there is reasonable ground to believe that the record has not been altered in any way since it was first created in electronic form,
(b) In the case where such record is required to be presented to a person, if it is of such a nature that it can be clearly shown to the person to whom the record is to be presented.
