Section 137
Application of this Act to any force
(1) The Government of Nepal may publish a notice in the Nepal Gazette to form a detachment force for special work.
(2) In the notification published in accordance with sub-section (1), the Government of Nepal may issue an order to the force constituted in this way to implement all or some of the sections of this Act with or without modification or to suspend any section for a certain period of time and may also prescribe necessary conditions in such order.< br> (3) Provisions as per sub-section (2) can also be applied to the persons as per clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 3.
(4) The Government of Nepal can also demobilize soldiers of various ranks working in the Nepali Army by virtue of sub-section (1).
