(1) The mortgagee of the Guthi land who has to pay the tax to the Institute shall pay the tax to the Institute by the Mohi of the Guthi land within the time period when the tax is paid by the tax collector of the government land. If the code is not paid within that period, the institute can terminate the Mohiani right of such charm. But if the institute deems it necessary, it can extend the deadline for submitting the fee for up to two months.
(2) According to sub-section (1), a Mohian who is not satisfied with the termination of his rights may file a complaint with the Government of Nepal within thirty-five days.
(3) The decision made by the Government of Nepal on the complaint filed under sub-section (2) shall be final.
(4) According to sub-section (1), the remaining amount of the land whose Mohiani right has expired can be recovered from the old Mohi by the institute as well as the government balance.
(5) The amount to be submitted to the Institute shall be in accordance with the applicable Nepalese laws.
