According to sub-section (1) of Section 36 of the Act, the fee to be paid by the Mohi must be submitted to the land owner within the following time in relation to the following land:-
(a) Up to the middle of January in relation to the lands of Terai and Inner Madhesh where annual crops are the main annual crops.
(b) In relation to the land of Kathmandu valley and hills, where annual crops are mainly grown, till the middle of autumn.
(c) In respect of land where hiu”de crops are the main annual crop up to the middle of the year.
