Rule 30
Notice of filing of invoices for agricultural loans
When the district land reform officer issues a notice according to sub-section (1) of section 44 of the Act, the local district development committee and the related village development committee or the municipality shall submit the notice in the format as per schedule-11. (2) According to the above notice, when the related creditor files the agricultural loan statement and the interest and the invoice for the oxen and other agricultural tools to be recovered, they should be filed in the format as per Schedule-12.
