The Government of Nepal shall not knowingly catch or kill waterfowl without the permission of the Government of Nepal or local authorities in the waters specified in the same order by the order published in the Gazette of Nepal. And it can be prohibited in such a way as not to cause injury, and the Government of Nepal will have the sole right over all the aquatic life of such places. But the government of Nepal will not issue such an order regarding private water by any particular person.
