(1) No person, firm, company or institution shall bring any particular type of Nepali currency or foreign currency into all or any particular territory of Nepal without obtaining a license from the bank. While issuing such an order, the Government of Nepal may specify in such order that no such restriction shall be imposed in relation to any person, firm, company or organization or in relation to any particular type of Nepali currency or foreign currency.
(2) No person, firm, company or organization shall take or send Nepali currency or foreign exchange other than the one obtained from a licensed person out of any area of ​​Nepal ………… without obtaining a license from the bank. However, the Government of Nepal may publish a notice in the Nepal Gazette and issue an order not to impose such restrictions on any foreign exchange.
