Section 120
Calculation of imprisonment period
(1) The period of imprisonment shall be counted from the date of the signature of the presiding judge in the initial proceedings of the case, and in the case of the summary military court, the officer of the said court, whether or not the sentence of imprisonment given by the military court has been served or not, if it has been kept in custody.
(2) If a person convicted by a military court of committing an offense during a military operation is sentenced to imprisonment without dismissal, in the event that the prison cannot be run for any reason, the designated officer may give instructions to carry out the duties of his position.
(3) The period of service rendered in the case of sub-section (2) shall be counted as being in prison.
