(1) An offender over eighteen years of age and physically healthy who has been sentenced to three years or more than three years of imprisonment may, if he wishes, be subjected to manual labor for public work by the prison.
(2) According to sub-section (1), an offender subjected to physical labor for public work shall be sentenced to an additional one day for every three days of labor.
(3) According to sub-section (1), other provisions related to physical labor for public work shall be as prescribed.
