Rule 48
Arrest a prisoner or detainee if he escapes
If a prisoner or detainee tries to escape on the way while being driven, he must be apprehended at all costs. According to this, if the prisoner or detainee dies, the person who takes charge and uses the weapon will not be a part of the punishment.
