(1) If the inmates or detainees of the prison die due to their own time, the corpse should be picked up and cremated according to the situation, if there is no next of the heirs of the deceased or if they do not want to pick up the corpse, then if there is a cremation organization, then the cremation expenses should be paid to that organization according to the schedule approved by the Government of Nepal. . If there is no institution, the dead caste should be cremated by the prisoners or detainees of the appropriate caste at the cost of the approved official.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), if a person who does not have the custom of cremation dies, it should be done according to his custom.
