(1) In case of committing acts of vandalism within the prisons or any acts that should not be done as per Section 22 or 24 of the Prisons Act, such prisoners shall be punished according to the prevailing law and a record book shall be kept in which the names of such prisoners have been written down and the punishment received.
(2) Inside the prison, a separate book should be kept for the well-behaved prisoners, mentioning their names, offenses and punishments.
(3) Names of prisoners included in the list book as per sub-rule (1) shall not be sent in writing in the list of prisoners who are released on any festival.
