Rule 20C
Course Conduct and Accreditation

(1) Rule 20B. Based on the inspection report submitted by the inspection team in accordance with sub-rule (4) of the concerned medical college, the council may grant examination recognition for a period of one academic year by determining the maximum number of students that can be admitted by the concerned medical college.
(2) A medical college that is recognized by examination shall renew the examination recognition and student enrollment number by inspecting such college before taking admission of students every year.
(3) The Council may grant full recognition for a specific period to the concerned medical college which has obtained the test recognition and produced the first batch of students.
(4) Rule 20B. According to sub-rule (4) of the inspection team submitted to the council and the decisions made by the council on the basis of that report, the council shall periodically provide to the Government of Nepal, the concerned medical college and the university affiliated by such medical college.
