Section 5
The fund shall be a self-governing and organized body
: (1) The fund shall remain a self-governing and organized body with unbroken succession.
(2) The fund shall have a separate seal for the purposes of its operations.
(3) The fund may acquire, use, sell and rent or lease movable and immovable property as well as individuals.
(4) The fund may file a cancellation complaint in its own name and a cancellation complaint may also be filed against the fund in the same name.
(5) The fund can enter into contracts with individuals and exercise rights and fulfill obligations according to contracts.
